Spire View
Spire View is a gated mews development of three properties nestled near the Roman Amphitheatre, built using high end materials and appliances. All three properties have clear views of Chichester Cathedral and its Spire. This was built for our sister company Stonehurst Properties.
Home Extension
A large ground floor extension carried our for a client in Godalming, Surrey. This transformed the kitchen area and gave the family a great place to sit and eat along with having an area to watch TV. The quadruple bi-folds gave them a great view of their south facing garden and plenty of natural light.
Bakery Mews
Bakery Mews was built in 2017 within the grounds of a historic listed building, due to these circumstances skilful traditional methods of construction where used, oak timber supports, along with solid timber windows this development was beautiful. Mr A Trotter was quoted (owner of Number 2), “This is truly a wonderful house, my wife and I are delighted with the house and its specification and workmanship”
Rozelle
Client New Build - Rozelle was built for a client who approached us to build their new dream home. This consisted of removing there previous property and building their new 2500 sqft home located in the surrey hills of outstanding beauty. Deadlines where achieved, budgets where meet, and planning conditions adhered to. The owners where delighted with their new property.
